'പുലാവിലും ഗുണ്ട് വന്നു. നാട്ടിൽ അല്ല ട്ടോ, ബാംഗ്ലൂർ ആണ്. ഇവര് ബിരിയാണി എന്നല്ല പറയുന്നത് , പുലാവ് എന്ന് തന്നെയാണ് പറയുന്നത്. പക്ഷെ പാചകത്തിന്റെ രീതിയിൽ വീണ്ടും ഒരു വെത്യാസം. പുതിന ഇലയുടെയും മല്ലി ഇലയുടെ രുചി എടുത്തു നിൽക്കുന്ന ഈ പുലാവും ആള് കൊള്ളാം ട്ടോ.  While searching for some interesting food spots near Bangalore Majestic, I found this pilav restaurant - SGS Non-veg Gundu Palav. They do have mutton pilav and chicken pilav, but their flagship is obviously chicken gundu pilav. Preparaton of Pulav was interesting to watch. They cook chicken in a masala gravy, and use the same watery gravy for cooking rice as well. Taste of mint and coriander leaves was prominent. But it was tasty, and good for a change.
